The leaders of the member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States will come together on Friday in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, under the slogan “Turkic Era”.

A common position on Gaza will also be announced at the Astana Summit.

The 10th Anniversary Summit of the Organization of Turkic States is being held in Astana.

Presidents of Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan will attend the summit, which will be hosted by Kazakhstan President Kassym Generous Tokayev under the slogan “Turkic Era”.

Making a statement to the Anadolu Agency, Deputy Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Ömer Kocaman emphasized that the participation of Hungary and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus as observers in the Organization of Turkic States further strengthened the organization.

Stating that the leaders will also discuss the current regional and international agenda, especially the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Kocaman said the Organization of Turkic States will announce their common position to the world.
