May is going to be an exciting month in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus as TEKNOFEST, the largest aviation, aerospace and technology festival in the world, will be realized in the country for the first time.
Prior to their scheduled meeting President Ersin Tatar and Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz made a statement regarding the TEKNOFEST that is to be realized between the 1st and 4th of May in the TRNC.
President Ersin Tatar and Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz discussed the upcoming TEKNOFEST event prior to their meeting.
President Tatar expressed his gratitude for the event and its potential benefits for the development of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
He highlighted the importance of attracting visitors and prominent scientists to the TRNC, as it would demonstrate the region’s progress and technological advancements, with the support of Türkiye.
Vice President Yılmaz, in his remarks, emphasized that the invitation extended to everyone to attend TEKNOFEST and stressed the significance of the event for the youth of the TRNC.
He expressed confidence in the abilities of the Cypriot youth to overcome any obstacles and utilize technological innovations and entrepreneurship to empower themselves.
Yılmaz predicted that TEKNOFEST would contribute to the technological infrastructure of the TRNC, boost the self-confidence of young people, and support the economy and its people.
