The Aviation, Space, and Technology Festival TEKNOFEST 2025, set to take place in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), has received applications from over 15,000 teams and 47,000 competitors.

The festival will feature technology competitions in seven main categories and 14 subcategories.

Organized under the leadership of the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation and under the auspices of the TRNC Presidency, TEKNOFEST 2025 will be held at the former Ercan Airport.

The festival will bring together students, entrepreneurs, and technology enthusiasts, showcasing innovative ideas that will shape the future of science and technology.

Scheduled to take place from May 1 to 4, the event will feature aircraft exhibitions, a planetarium, a TRNC digital experience zone, pedal-powered flight activities, stage performances, and more.

A special “First Flight” event will allow students to experience flying for the first time.

Additionally, aerial demonstrations will be a major highlight of TEKNOFEST. SOLOTÜRK, Turkish Stars, F-4 fighter jets, ATAK helicopters, Hürkuş, ANKA 3, Bayraktar TB2, and TB3 will take part in the festival, thrilling attendees with impressive air shows.
