The Ministry of National Education, in collaboration with Telsim, is preparing to host the 11th edition of the Telsim Freezone High School Music Competition, set to take place on Thursday, April 17, at the Lefkoşa Atatürk Indoor Sports Hall.

Organized under the slogan “Discover the Talent Within You”, the event will bring together 34 music groups from 27 high schools, featuring 248 students and 38 music teachers.

Anticipation is running high among students as the final approaches, with 18 awards to be presented across 12 different categories. Telsim Deputy General Manager Fevzi Tanpınar expressed his confidence that this year’s competition will once again create unforgettable memories, praising the determination and hard work of the young talents who continue to elevate the event each year.

Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu emphasized the competition’s importance in fostering students’ artistic talents and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting youth and the arts. Wishing success to all participants, Çavuşoğlu underlined that this long-standing tradition will continue to grow stronger with each passing year.
