The AD-HOC committees formed by the Republic’s Assembly are continuing to hold their separate meetings.
The Republic’s Assembly AD-Hoc Committee formed to regulate the legislation on Natural Disasters and Earthquakes and the Ad-HOC committee established to monitor the legal and judicial process regarding the earthquake in Türkiye was convened separately on Thursday.
The Ad-Hoc committee formed to regulate the legislation on natural disaster and earthquakes met under the chairmanship of the head of the committee National Unity Party (UBP) MP Ă–zdemir Berova.
According to a statement made by the Assembly, officials from the Ministry of Finance, the Office of the Chief Prosecutor, the Cyprus Turkish Nurses and Midwives Union and Memur-Sen, who were invited to attend the committee meeting, presented their views.
The Ad-Hoc committee formed to monitor the legal and judicial process regarding the earthquake in TĂĽrkiye met under the chairmanship of the head of the committee National Unity Party (UBP) MP OÄźuzhan HasipoÄźlu.
A visual presentation prepared on the subject by the Prime Ministry was viewed at the meeting, and information on the technical and legal aspects of the issue was received from the experts who were invited to attend the committee meeting.
