Speaker of Parliament Zorlu Töre flew to Ankara, Türkiye with the Presidency Council of the Assembly to hold talks at the invitation of the Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Numan Kurtulmuş.

Parliamentary Speaker Zorlu Töre and his delegation were welcomed at Ankara Esenboğa Airport by Konya Deputy and Chairman of the Founding Board of the Turkish Grand National Assembly’s Türkiye-TRNC Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group Orhan Erdem, TRNC Ambassador to Ankara İsmet Korukoğlu and other officials.

Töre’s delegation includes Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Fazilet Özdenefe, Parliament’s Administrative Manager Yasemin Öztürk, Parliamentary Council Members Hasan Küçük, Fırtına Karanfil, and Şifa Çolakoğlu, as well as Private Secretary İrem Uygun.

While on his visit to Ankara, Töre will meet with his Turkish counterpart Numan Kurtulmuş and return to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus after completing his visit.
