The Azerbaijan-Türkiye Businessmen’s Association is continuing to pay visits to state and government officials.

The Association was received by the deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu.

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu received the head of the Azerbaijan-Türkiye Businessmen’s Association Cemal Yangın and his accompanying delegation.

During the visit they exchanged views on the steps that can be taken to improve trade and cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fields of tourism, education and agriculture.

Cemal Yangın and his delegation were also received by Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu.

Ertuğruloğlu informed the delegation regarding the historical process of the Cyprus issue and answered their questions on Cyprus.

Minister of Economy and Energy Olgun Amcaoğlu also received the Association.

Evaluating the visit, Amcaoğlu stated that they discussed mutual investment opportunities that can be made in the field of energy and economy.

The delegation also met with the Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources Dursun Oğuz.

During the meeting, Minister Oğuz expressed his belief that cooperation and trade between the two countries can reach a better position.

The message given by the head of the association Mr. Yangın during his visits to state and government officials was that they attach great importance to the TRNC and that their visit to the TRNC was to hold talks and improve cooperation between the two countries.
