The Azerbaijan-Türkiye Businessmen’s Association is holding contacts in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The head of the Azerbaijan delegation Cemal Yangın and his accompanying delegation visited the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Industry.
During the meeting, mutual investment and export opportunities were discussed.
According to the statement made by the Chamber of Industry, the delegation was accompanied by the TRNC Baku Representative Ufuk Turganer.
During the meeting, Cemal Yangın emphasized the importance of activities where concrete steps will be taken instead of formal visits.
“We should go beyond courtesy visits and start taking action. Even if it is the smallest of actions or cooperation or business, come to Azerbaijan. Our investment opportunities are quite favourable. We have companies where you can market your products” he said.
The head of the chamber Ali Kamacıoğlu also emphasized that the target aim of the chamber is to export goods.
He said that they will be able to visit Azerbaijan in September and said that they are eager to export their products and are pleased to see that Azerbaijan is ready to assist them.
