The Speaker of the Azerbaijani National Assembly, Sahiba Gafarova, congratulated the Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly, Ziya Öztürkler, and wished him success in his new role.

In her congratulatory message, Gafarova expressed her belief that, particularly within the framework of international parliamentary organizations, including the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States, the high legislative bodies would engage in mutually beneficial work.

Noting her confidence that joint efforts would be made to strengthen and further expand cooperation, Gafarova stated, “On the occasion of your election as Speaker of the TRNC Republic’s Assembly, I wholeheartedly congratulate you and extend my best wishes.”
