Cem Özer, one of Türkiye’s well-known artists and his team will take to the stage for the Champion Angels with the musical “Cem Olmak” (Being Cem) between March 1st and 4th.

A press conference was held at the Girne Municipality regarding the musical that will take stage in Lefkoşa, Girne, Gazimağusa and Güzelyurt.

The Girne Municipality Social Affairs Branch Chief and Culture and Arts Advisor Serdar Tuksal stated that the musical as a social responsibility project has great meaning and that they will continue to contribute to such events in the future as well.

Turkish artist Cem Özer for his part stated that he wanted to do something for the Champion Angels and pointed to the importance of punishing those responsible for the 6 February earthquake disaster.

Özer stated that Cem Karaca was a valuable artist and that the musical was also a tribute to him.

Telsim General Manager Sefer Tüzde emphasized the importance of the event and invited everyone to purchase tickets.

Uptown Büyük Anadolu Hotel Public Relations Manager Esra Dağlarbaşı Bozdoğan emphasized the importance of keeping the memory of the Champion Angels alive.

The “Cem Olmak” musical starring Cem Özer will meet the audience tonight at the Girne American University Spectrum Hall, on March 2 at the Gazimağusa Rauf Raif Denktaş Congress and Culture Center, on March 3 at the Güzelyurt Municipality Theater Hall, and on March 4th at the Near East University Lefkoşa Atatürk Congress and Culture Center.
