The cost of living for the month of June has been announced as 11.44 per cent.

The highest increase was realized in the education sector increasing by a whopping 63.10 per cent.

The Statistics Institute has announced the cost of living for June as 11.44 percent.

In the General Index of Consumer Prices, there was a change of 33.32 per cent compared to December of the previous year and 65.43 per cent compared to the same month of the previous year.

In terms of main expenditure groups, the highest increase compared to the previous month occurred in the education sector with 63.10 per cent.

Compared to the previous month, the average prices of 557 items included in the index have increased and the average price of 49 items have decreased.
