
The world’s largest aviation, space, and technology festival, TEKNOFEST, eagerly awaited by technology enthusiasts, is being held in our country for the first time.
The festival, which will feature breathtaking air shows and host events and competitions that will break new ground in innovation, is being meticulously prepared at the old terminal area of Ercan Airport.
TEKNOFEST Secretary General Muhammet Saymaz, spoke to the BRT about the preparations taking place and stated that those who wish to witness the technologies of the future up close at the event—scheduled for May 1–4—can register online.
Preparations are in full swing for TEKNOFEST, set to take place for the first time in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

A team is meticulously working at the old terminal area of Ercan Airport, transforming the site into a hub of innovation and excitement.
Speaking to BRT about the upcoming event, TEKNOFEST Secretary General Muhammet Saymaz stated that preparations are progressing at full speed.
He emphasized that TEKNOFEST will feature events and experiences suitable for all ages—from 7 to 77.
Saymaz also highlighted that online registration is required for those who wish to witness these unique experiences and cutting-edge technologies firsthand. He revealed that the festival will also include a special section simulating events from 1974, offering a historical and immersive experience.
