The annual Dr. Fazıl Küçük games will take place in Gazimağusa this year in tribute to the Champion Angels.

The games will take place at the Namık Kemal Square in the old town from November 4-5.

Three courts will be set up at the square for 3×3 basketball, beach tennis and volleyball.

A show will also be put on by the gymnastics federation.

As part of the games the presidents of the TRNC Basketball Federation, the Tennis Federation, the Volleyball Federation, the Gymnastics Federation as well as the head of the Sports Department Mustafa Sütçü which is hosting the games visited Mehmet Küçük, the son of the late Turkish Cypriot leader Dr Fazıl Küçük on Wednesday.
