The Minister of Foreign Affairs Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu will be attending the Foreign Ministers meeting and Extraordinary Summit of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) that will take place in the Turkish capital Ankara on the 15th and 16th of March.
Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu will be joining his Turkish, Azeri, Kazak, Kırgyz, Uzbek, Hungarian and Turkmen counterparts in Ankara for a two day meeting of foreign ministers of the Organisation of Turkic States from March 15-16.
Ertuğruloğlu will also be at the organisation’s extraordinary summit taking place on March 16.
The extraordinary summit will be held under the theme “Disaster-Emergency Management and Humanitarian Assistance.”
In a letter of invitation sent to the TRNC foreign minister, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu thanked his Turkish Cypriot counterpart for the assistance provided by the TRNC due to the earthquake disaster in Türkiye.
He said that the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus’ support to Türkiye in its greatest time of need and the follow-up visits to areas hit by the earthquake by TRNC president Ersin Tatar had given the Turkish people strength and morale.
