Turkish Ambassador to Lefkoşa, Metin Feyzioğlu, issued a statement following the conclusion of the second round of the presidential election in Türkiye.
“I congratulate our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and all our citizens, regardless of whom they voted for,” Feyzioğlu said.
“The elections are over. There are no losers. Democracy has won. Türkiye has won” the Turkish Ambassador said.
“May Türkiye, which we will raise to the level of contemporary civilizations, celebrate its 100th anniversary with joy,” Feyzioğlu added.
