FM Ertuğruloğlu in NY for UNGA meetings

The Minister of Foreign Affairs departed for New York on Sunday for a series of meetings and contacts on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs who had gone to Istanbul between the 15th and 16th of September, had attended the 10th Worlk Turkish Business Council Congress held at the Haliç Congress Centre.

During the congress, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ertuğruloğlu participated in a panel titled “Unity of Strength with Friendly Diasporas” and delivered an opening speech.

Having completed his meetings in Istanbul, Ertuğruloğlu departed for New York on Sunday to hold meetings as part of the UN General Assembly meetings.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Ertuğruloğlu, who will hold meetings in New York and Washington, is accompanied by Mustafa Lakadamyalı, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Çağrı Kalfaoğlu, a diplomat from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and retired undersecretary and former negotiator Osman Ertuğ.
