Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu condemned the attack against President Ersin Tatar, who was holding a variety of contacts in London.

Ertuğruloğlu stated that the attack was made against the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

The statement made on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs read, “We consider the arrogant attack by the Greek Cypriots on President Ersin Tatar, who is visiting London, to have been committed against our state, the TRNC, and we strongly condemn it. We convey our best wishes and support to our President Ersin Tatar”.
