Health Minister Altuğra speaks to BRT

Health Minister İzlem Gürçağ Altuğra has stated that the problems experienced in the supply of pharmaceuticals have largely been overcome.

Taking part on a program on BRT, Altuğra also stated that as the Health Ministry they have completed all their preparations against the Monkeypox virus.

Health Minister Izlem Gürçağ Altuğra evaluated the topics on the agenda in the field of health.

Referring to her contacts in Ankara, Altuğra reiterated that Motherland Türkiye always assisted the Turkish Cypriot people.

Pointing out that the shortage of pharmaceuticals in the country is actually a global problem; Minister Altuğra stated that they have given a list of the pharmaceuticals to the Turkish Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca, and that the pharmaceuticals in question will be gradually sent to the country.

Also touching upon the technical problem experienced regarding the brain MRI device at the Lefkoşa Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State hospital she stated that the part has arrived all problems have been overcome and the machine is working at full capacity.
