Minister of Health Hakan Dinçyürek said that they want the health sector to take its rightful place in the world.
Evaluating his recent contacts in Istanbul to BRT, Dinçyürek stated that the main goal in health is to fix the system as a whole rather than finding individual solutions.
Explaining that he attended the 9th Turkish Medical World Congress in Istanbul and delivered a speech, Dinçyürek pointed out that he met with the Turkish Minister of Health Dr. Fahrettin Koca.
Noting that they signed an action plan for cooperation between 2023 and 2025 with Minister Koca, Dinçyürek emphasized that the action plan will be implemented rapidly, will directly serve the public and contribute significantly to the health system.
“I would like to thank Türkiye, Turkish Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca and his team for their support in many issues such as the medication tracking system, contribution to our infrastructure, and provision for new equipment, hardware, and medication supply. Everyone will see that the support provided by Türkiye will be realized with concrete steps in a short period of time,” said Dinçyürek.
Stating that they will increase foreign contacts, Dinçyürek emphasized that they will continue to work to improve the health sector in order for it to take the place it deserves in the world.
