The Executive Chairman of the Türkiye Health Tourism Development Council, Dr. Köksal Holoğlu, is visiting the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus upon an invitation of the President of the World Health Tourism Council, Dr. Ahmet Savaşan.

The two presidents determined a new roadmap for the more effective use of the health tourism potential of the TRNC.

Dr. Ahmet Savaşan, who is the President of the Cyprus Health Tourism Council and is currently serving as the President-in-Office of the World Health Tourism Council, on Tuesday met with the Executive Chairman of the Türkiye Health Tourism Development Council, Dr. Köksal Holoğlu.

According to a statement made, the two presidents, who held various meetings with representatives of the health and tourism sectors as well as investors, also met with President Ersin Tatar, the Speaker of the Parliament Zorlu Töre and the Minister of Health Dr. Hakan Dinçyürek to inform them about the ongoing works.

In his assessment after the visit, Savaşan said that joint studies will be carried out in Türkiye and other World Health Tourism Council member countries to develop the health tourism potential of North Cyprus.
