The leader of the People’s Party Kudret Özersay has also announced that his party will not be taking part in coalition talks with Ünal Üstel, the National Unity Party MP, who was assigned to form the next government.
Özersay said, “These events are against democracy and democratic practices. A game is being played and we, as the People’s Party, will not be a part of it.”
In a statement he made to BRT, Özersay said that they as the People’s Party will not be meeting with the UBP MP Ünal Üstel.
“For days we have been voicing our views. What is being experienced is against democracy and democratic practices” said Özersay.
