President Ersin Tatar will meet with leader of the Greek Cypriot Administration Nikos Christodoulides at an informal dinner hosted by the United Nations Secretary-General in New York on October 15.
In a statement released by the Presidency, it was stated that the informal dinner will not have any agenda and the two leaders will exchange views in a social environment.
“In the consultations with the UN Secretary-General’s office, we have been informed by senior UN officials that the Greek Cypriot side has also approved this date, and we have been informed from the same sources that the relevant informal dinner invitation will be delivered to the parties by Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in the near future,” the statement said.
