Kasım Kuni has become the new Chief of Police.

The decision was published in the official gazette.

Kasim Kuni who was serving as the First Deputy Chief of Police was promoted as the new Chief of Police.

His appointment order read that in line with Articles 69 and 70 of the Police Organisation Law, Kasım Kuni who served as 1st Deputy Chief of Police has been appointed as the Chief of Police as of April 04, 2023.
