The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus’ Ambassador to Ankara İsmet Korukoğlu is continuing his visits to Turkish state and government officials following his appointment to the post.

Within the framework of his courtesy visits, Korukoğlu was received by Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar.

The TRNC’s Military Attaché to Ankara Colonel Hüseyin Ulak was also present during the visit.

The two discussed the latest developments on the Cyprus Issue, the Eastern Mediterranean and the region.
