The 12th Ülker Lefkoşa Marathon organised by the Lefkoşa Turkish Municipality is taking place on Sunday.

Many ministries, organisations and institutions are taking place in the marathon.

Today personnel from Bayrak Radio Television corporation signed up to participate in the marathon.

Bayrak Radio Television Corporation is participating in the Ülker Lefkoşa  Marathon which will be held this weekend.

Lefkoşa Mayor Mehmet Harmancı who visited the BRT this morning thanked the BRT for participating in the Lefkoşa marathon, which is held under a different theme every year.

The 12th Lefkoşa Marathon is being held under the slogan “Running to Victory with our Heroes”.

Meanwhile President Ersin Tatar will also be taking part in the marathon.

According to a statement made by the Presidency, President Ersin Tatar will be wearing the number 11983 at the marathon.

Tatar is also pleased that the funds to be raised at the marathon will be donated to the Pediatric Oncology Service of the Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu Oncology Center.
