President Ersin Tatar on Monday hosted a luncheon in honour of Türkiye’s new Ambassador to Lefkoşa Yasin Ekrem Serim.

In a statement made after the luncheon, Serim said, “We will continue to work to make sure that the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) reaches a better place in the future.”

President Ersin Tatar hosted a luncheon in honour of the new Turkish Ambassador to Lefkoşa Yasin Ekrem Serim and the Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly Zorlu Töre and Prime Minister Ünal Üstel also attended the event.

Commenting on the luncheon via his social media account, Serim wrote, “We exchanged views on the projects we will realize in the TRNC in the coming period. As we have done so far, we will continue to work with determination to bring the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to a better future in every field it deserves.”
