Date Added: 03 April 2023

The Meteorology Department on Monday issued a new dust warning valid until Wednesday afternoon.

The phenomenon blowing in from North Africa will also cause temperatures to rise above the seasonal average to around 26-28 degrees Celsius.

The public, particularly the elderly, children and those with respiratory conditions, are urged to avoid going outdoors.

The dust is expected to subside by Wednesday evening, the Met Office said.
