Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism, Youth, Culture and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu is in Azerbaijan.
Within the scope of his contacts, Ataoğlu attended the 2nd Azerbaijan National Urban Planning Forum and the International Students Gathering Türkiye Graduates.
According to information released by the Deputy Prime Ministry, Ataoğlu said that the Forum had been very useful.
Pointing out that there were participants from many countries, Ataoğlu stated that there were also technical exchanges between countries in the organization.
The forum on ‘Sustainable Cities for Economic Development and Combating Inequalities’ in Zengilan, Azerbaijan attracted participation from 53 countries.
Deputy Prime Minister Ataoğlu also attended the International Student Gathering Türkiye Graduates meeting in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.
Speaking at the event, Fikri Ataoğlu said they were pleased with Azerbaijan’s interest in Northern Cyprus.
Noting that there are students from Azerbaijan in Northern Cyprus for higher education, Ataoğlu expressed the hope that more students will come to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in the coming years.
