It was a joyous moment for the search and rescue team from the Cyprus Turkish Security Forces (GKK) after a young girl was pulled out alive under rubble of a collapsed building in Antakya after 161 hours.

As search and rescue teams race against time to pull out survivors from last week’s devastating earthquake in Türkiye, a team from the Cyprus Turkish Security Forces currently in Antakya taking part in the rescue efforts witnessed a miracle.

A young Syrian girl by the name of Reent KhaledNassani was pulled out from underneath a building 161 hours after she was trapped there.
