The new broadcasting season on BRT kicked off this morning with the slogan, “Overcoming Obstacles.”

As always, BRT News will remain the trusted source for accurate and reliable news.

The experienced team at BRT News Desk is committed to delivering accurate, trustworthy, and impartial news and programs throughout this new season.

The new season promises more of the same reliable and trustworthy news bulletins and impartial programs on BRT. Once again, bulletins prepared by BRT’s experienced news team will stand out, with the Turkish Cypriot public relying solely on BRT for accurate information.

BRT will provide news in English and Greek to keep the international community in the country informed.

The main news bulletins in Turkish will begin every weekday at 7:00 AM with Morning News, followed by Midday News at 1:00 PM, Evening News at 7:00 PM, and End of Day News at 10:00 PM. Brief bulletins will air at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM to cover the latest developments.

These foreign-language bulletins will air every weekday at 11:05 AM, 1:30 PM, and 6:40 PM.

On weekends, a total of seven bulletins in Turkish will be aired at 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 10:00 PM.

Veteran journalist Ülgen Aksay will continue to present Morning News, covering the day’s first developments, newspaper headlines, and weekly updates from districts across the TRNC and Türkiye’s capital, Ankara.

The most detailed and accurate global and local news will again be featured in the 7:00 PM Evening News.

The new broadcasting season at BRT also promises a rich variety of programs to keep viewers informed and engaged.
