The fees for motor vehicle registration, licensing, and driving permits have been revised. According to the new regulation published in the Official Gazette, a two-year driving license will now cost ₺1,434.80, while a 10-year license will be priced at ₺4,879.

The Council of Ministers has approved the “Regulation on the Re-Determination of Fees for Motor Vehicle Registration and Licensing and Driving Licenses,” which has been published in the Official Gazette.

Using the authority granted by Article 4 A of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Law, the Council of Ministers has redefined the fees for motor vehicle registration and licensing according to vehicle types and weights.

Additionally, fees for motor vehicle dealer licenses, vehicle inspection certificates, and vehicle exit fees for international travel have also been increased.

The new regulation sets the student driving license exam fee at 1,435 TL, and the student driving license fee at ₺1,434.90.

The motor vehicle driving exam fee is now ₺1,970.

• 2-year license: 1,434.80 TL
• 3-year license: 1,914.70 TL
• 5-year license: 2,939.50 TL
• 10-year license: 4,879 TL

For a one-year license issued due to age restrictions, the fee has been increased to ₺959.90.

The fee for a temporary driving permit is ₺1,434.90, while the replacement fee for lost, damaged, worn-out, or desired changes to driving or student licenses is set at ₺700.
