A nation that exists, the existing Turkish nation is wanted to be considered null and void there. We have already given the necessary answer with the 1974 operations. In other words, we gave the necessary answer as a guarantor country there. We have always said that all the resources there now belong to the entire island people and we said that this should be shared on the basis of equity. It should be shared for the wealth of the island. In fact, all the resources of the Mediterranean are in the same framework.”

Oktay stated that they want to use parliamentary diplomacy more effectively as a parliament in the forum and said that they want to assist so that they can pave the way forward and contribute to the ongoing work.

“We will be explaining and clarifying all of Türkiye’s theses here. We will continue to explain them from now on,” said Oktay.
