The Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly Zorlu Töre received the head of the Cyprus TMT Fighters Association Celal Bayar and officials of the association.

Speaking during the visit, Töre said that the struggle started by the Volkan, Karaçete and 9 Eylül organizations continued with the Turkish Resistance Organization and today it was crowned with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Noting that they will never compromise on the republic, the state and sovereignty, Töre emphasized that the national cause can be defended with a firm stance.

He also said that both in Türkiye and in the TRNC, there may be enemies of the republic and warned that they should always be vigilant against these circles.
