Speaker of Parliament Zorlu Töre received the newly appointed Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Representative to Abu Dhabi Umut Koldaş.

Speaking during the visit, Töre pointed out that the representative offices in the Gulf countries are extremely important and said that the United Arab Emirates is the heart of these countries.

Emphasizing that they believe that the visibility of the TRNC will increase in the near future, Parliamentary Speaker Töre noted that the momentum achieved in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) and the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States is quite significant.

Töre expressed his belief that the TRNC, as a Muslim country, will attract more attention from the Arab world and other Muslim countries with the support of Türkiye.
