The Economy, Finance, Budget and Planning Committee of the Republic’s Assembly, is in Türkiye and will hold a variety of contacts at the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

The delegation headed by National Unity Party (UBP) deputy Resmiye Eroğlu Canaltay, visited Anıtkabir, the mausoleum of the great Turkish leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.

As part of their visit to Türkiye, the committee, consisting of Committee Chairperson, National Unity Party (UBP) deputy Resmiye Eroğlu Canaltay, as well as Committee Deputy Chairperson Republican Turkish Party (CTP) Deputy Fikri Toros and UBP Deputy Hüseyin Çavuş Kelle visited Anıtkabir and laid a wreath at the mausoleum of the Great Turkish Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.

Signing the Anıtkabir Special Book, Committee Chairperson Resmiye Eroğlu Canaltay noted that they were honoured to be in Atatürk’s presence.

After completing their visit to Anıtkabir, the delegation then moved on to the TRNC Ankara Embassy and met with the TRNC Ambassador İsmet Korukoğlu.

The delegation is expected to hold meetings with the Turkish Grand National Assembly’s Industry, Commerce, Energy, Natural Resources, Information and Technology Commission and the Planning and Budget Commission.
