Prime Minister Ünal Üstel on Wednesday revealed the latest details for loan packages for 2024.

Announcing the launch of the Second First Home Support Package, Üstel said that loans up to ₺1.6m will be made available.

He also announced that the Agricultural Mechanization Loan Package for the Purchase of Tractors and Equipment is also available.

“We have repeatedly emphasized that we will continue to protect all sectors and especially our youth in 2024, and that 2024 will be much better than 2023 in terms of both investments and support,” the premier said in a written statement issued on Wednesday.

Conveying details of the Agricultural Support Package and the Second First Home Support Package, Üstel said that first-time home owners would be able to benefit from loans up to ₺1.6m, while farmers could apply for agriculture support loans up to ₺1.8m.

He said that the first-home loan package launched in July 2023 had been a huge success, enabling 262 citizens to purchase their first homes and that this success had prompted them to launch such a package the second time.
