The production of all these houses is entirely of TRNC origin.”

Reiterating that after the first batch of the homes have been completed he will be visiting Türkiye, Üstel said “According to the information given to us by AFAD, certain places have been identified in Iskenderun and we will visit the Iskenderun region on Saturday or Sunday with the Turkish Cypriot Solidarity Platform to determine the area where the container city will be built”.

“The first batch which consists of 140 homes will be delivered a week later and set up” said Üstel.

Also touching upon the work to be carried out in memory of the Gazimağusa Turk Maarif College students who lost their lives in the earthquake he said, “We have champion angels who lost their lives in the earthquake. We have begun on their projects as well”.
