Early voting in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) for Sunday’s presidential and parliamentary elections in Türkiye ends on Tuesday.

The polling stations set up in Lefkoşa and Gazimağusa will close at 9pm on Tuesday.

Turkish citizens residing in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) who haven’t voted yet will be able to do so until 9pm tomorrow.

The polling stations set up at the Atatürk Sports Hall in Lefkoşa and the Lala Mustafa Paşa Sports Hall in Gazimağusa are open between 9am and 9pm.

There are currently 16 ballot boxes in Lefkoşa and seven in Gazimağusa.

Normal elections in Türkiye are set to take place this coming Sunday, May 14.

A second round of voting will take place if any of the presidential candidates fail to win a simple majority of the votes.
