President Ersin Tatar attended the graduation ceremony of the Bülent Ecevit Anadolu High School and delivered a speech to graduating students and wished them success in their future endeavours.

He said that students will serve their country and humanity with the education they will receive in higher education as well as the lifelong education they will always continue to receive.

President Ersin Tatar and the Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly Zorlu Töre also attended the graduation ceremony of TED North Cyprus College and delivered speeches.

Addressing the students, President Tatar said, “In addition to your personal development, it is befitting for you to serve the country and the nation and to shape the future of humanity. As children of the new age, artificial intelligence, developments in science and technology and lifelong education should be your guide. Keep up with innovations”.

The Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly Zorlu Töre for his part said that everyone who is ‘happy to say they are a Turk’ should protect these lands.

Noting that it is the duty of young people to preserve the existence of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), which was established with the blood of martyrs, Töre called on the new graduates to continue walking in the footsteps of the Great Turkish Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
