President Ersin Tatar on Monday received students from the Girne American University’s (GAÜ) Faculty of Political Sciences.

During the meeting, the president said that good dialogue formed the basis of political sciences.

President Ersin Tatar on Monday received foreign students studying at the Girne American University’s Faculty of Political Sciences.

Speaking during the visit, President Ersin Tatar said that good dialogue formed the basis of political sciences.

Stating that democracy was the best way to serve the public in many areas from education to the environment, Tatar wished the students success in serving their country by entering politics when they return to their countries after completing their education here.

“You should never forget the education you received in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The TRNC, where you have spent a certain period of time, is now your home. When you return to your country, stay in contact with your teachers and friends from your university by making use of the opportunities provided by the age of communication,” said Tatar.
