President Ersin Tatar met with the heads of the political parties represented in the Parliament ahead of his unofficial talks in New York on October 15.

At the meeting that was held at the Presidency on Wednesday, President Tatar informed the political party leaders and received their opinions prior to his visit to New York.

The meeting was attended by the leader of the National Unity Party (UBP) Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, the leader of the main opposition Republican Turkish Party (CTP) Tufan Erhürman, leader of the Democrat Party (DP), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu, leader of the Rebirth Party (YDP) Minister of Public Works and Transportation Erhan Arıklı.
