The First International Turkic World and Central Asia Appraisal Forum was held in the city of Turkistan, Kazakhstan.

During the forum, the Council of Appraisers of Turkic States was established and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) was unanimously accepted as an observer member to the Council.

On Tuesday, President Ersin Tatar received the President of the Northern Cyprus Association of Real Estate Appraisers Kutay Ramiz, and his accompanying delegation..

Speaking during the meeting, Tatar stressed that the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus’s (TRNC) membership to the Turkic Council under its constitutional name, with the support of the Republic of Türkiye, has helped upgrade the TRNC’s status.

Stating that the TRNC’s admittance as an observer member to the Council of Appraisers of Turkic States during the First International Turkic World and Central Asia Appraisal Forum was a source of pride, the President expressed his hope for the continuation of these achievements.

Stating that the TRNC had started to receive the recognition it deserved, Tatar said that the TRNC, which was open to development, will continue on its path with confidence.

He noted that it was their duty to leave a brighter future for future generations by investing in tourism, higher education, and agriculture.

Also highlighting the importance of utilizing areas open to construction and development, President Tatar stressed that the TRNC was one of the most beautiful places to settle in the world.
