President Ersin Tatar visited the families of veteran Ahmet Ceylan and martyrs İzzet Ahmet and Fuat Mehmet Türköz to pay his respects.

During his visits, President Tatar emphasized the importance of the Peace Operation that took place 50 years ago in Cyprus and highlighted the peaceful and secure environment on the island.

He stressed that their goal is to strengthen the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

President Tatar recognized the sacrifices made by the veterans and martyrs and stated that it is his duty to listen to their problems and assist in resolving them.

Tatar expressed gratitude to the veterans and commemorated all martyrs, emphasizing that their sacrifices should be shared with younger generations to prevent the past being forgotten.

The veterans and families of the martyrs expressed their appreciation for the visit and thanked President Tatar for his support.
