President Ersin Tatar presented the certificate of appointment to Prof. Dr. Remziye Terkan, who was elected as a member of the Higher Education Planning, Supervision, Accreditation and Coordination Board (YÖDAK).

According to the written statement issued by YÖDAK, Prof. Dr. Remziye Terkan, who was elected as a member of YÖDAK received the majority of votes in the election held by the Interuniversity Academic Coordination Board under the Presidency of YÖDAK and hosted by the Eastern Mediterranean University on November 21, 2023.

President Tatar, who received Terkan at the Presidency, stated that YÖDAK was an extremely important institution for TRNC universities and the country’s higher education sector.

He congratulated Terkan and wished her success in her new post.
