Rainy weather conditions are effective in the country.

The Meteorology Department has reported that the wet weather is expected to be effective today and tomorrow.

According to the Met Office, the region will be under the influence of a low pressure system and a cool and humid air mass.

Skies will be partly to very cloudy today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday), with showers in the evening.

Temperatures are expected to be around 19 to 22 degrees inland and on the coasts and southerly and westerly moderate winds are expected, becoming strong at times.
