President of the World Health Tourism Council, Ahmet Savaşan, attended the International Health Tourism Forum held in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova.
Delivering an opening speech at the Forum, Ahmet Savaşan, who is currently serving as the President of the World Health Tourism Council (GHTC), stressed that they had made great efforts to develop international cooperation by building sincere relationships with each of the member countries.
Explaining that the World Health Tourism Council (GHTC) was a multinational organization that provides leadership and support to the sector in advancing health tourism policies in the international arena, advocating responsible health tourism, and promoting health tourism as a driving force towards economic growth, inclusive development, and environmental sustainability, Savaşan pointed out that the council was strengthening its effectiveness with meaningful partnerships every year with its own capacity.
He also expressed his belief that the International Forum, which has succeeded in bringing together scientists with achievements in the international arena and health tourism professionals, will contribute to the development of global cooperation in the field of health tourism.
