Despite sunny conditions and fine weather expected over the next week, the Meteorology Department has announced that the stormy winds affecting the seas in the region, particularly in the Eastern Taurus area, are expected to persist today as well.

In the statement, it was noted that the weather in the region will remain partly cloudy, transitioning to mostly clear and slightly cloudy conditions by evening. Winds will blow from the north and east at moderate strength, occasionally becoming strong.

Additionally, temperatures are forecasted to remain slightly above seasonal averages.

Residents and seafarers are advised to take necessary precautions due to the ongoing weather conditions.
