President Ersin Tatar is in Bolu, Türkiye to attend a panel titled “Rauf Raif Denktaş in the Turkish Cypriot National Struggle” and the unveiling ceremony of a statue of founding President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Rauf Raif Denktaş.
President Ersin Tatar will attend a panel titled “Rauf Raif Denktaş in the Turkish Cypriot National Struggle” and the unveiling ceremony of the statue of founding President Rauf Raif Denktaş in Türkiye’s Blacksea city of Bolu.
The president, who travelled from Ankara to Bolu, departed from Ercan Airport on Wednesday morning.
In addition to attending the panel and unveiling ceremony in Bolu, Tatar will also participate in a public gathering to be chaired by the Turkish Ombudsperson Şeref Malkoç.
Tatar will also come together with Cyprus War Veterans.
The President will return to the republic on Thursday evening after completing his two-day visit.
