President Ersin Tatar received a delegation from the Turkish Young Health Union on Thursday.

Referring to the problems experienced during the pandemic, President Tatar said, “The Republic of Türkiye has always taken care of the Turkish Cypriot people in difficult times.”

Speaking during the visit, the President stated that they were in cooperation with Türkiye on the health system and reminded that Turkey shared its health infrastructure and experience with the Turkish Cypriot people, especially during the pandemic.

Stating that “Türkiye has always taken care of the Turkish Cypriot people in difficult times,” Tatar said that cooperation with Türkiye’s institutions and organizations continued on the developments in the field of health.

President Tatar said that the services were carried forward and efforts were continuing for a stronger Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), and expressed his pleasure to see young healthcare professionals from the Turkish healthcare sector in the TRNC.
