President Ersin Tatar embarked on his official visit to the Azerbaijan’s capital Baku, by visiting the Mausoleum of the Azerbaijan’s National Leader Heydar Aliyev at the Honorary Khiyaban.
President Tatar was accompanied by Prime Minister Ăśnal Ăśstel.
President Ersin Tatar laid a wreath at the Mausoleum of National Leader Aliyev and laid flowers at the grave of his wife Zarife Aliyeva.
He also visited the Azerbaijani and Turkish Martyr’s cemetery.
President Tatar then laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame Monument at the Baku Martyrs’ Cemetery, where the January 20 Martyrs are located.
President Tatar and Prime Minister Ăśstel placed carnations on the graves of the martyrs and prayed.
President Tatar also visited the Turkish Martyrs’ Cemetery, laid a wreath and signed the Memorial Book.
